When does the payment start?

Payment starts from a call back of the person that you made a call. A call back or waiting time of the call back is not paid.

Which payment interval is applied?

Applied payment interval is 60 seconds.

Why is there always a call back when I´m calling to a number I need?

Netcode Phone simcard is effective by a call back: if you want to make a call you need to dial the international code of a country where you call and the number of a subscriber. For example, if you want to call to Germany from Paris, you dial +4917??????? and push the call button. On the screen the words
"Wait for call" will appear.

Why do I get the message: connection is not authorized (or something similar) and why I´m not called back when I make a call?

From some phones it´s possible to make a call from only the menu of the phone. In such cases you can make your calls from the Netcode Phone simcard section of the menu. Go to Netcode Phone simcard section of the menu (in the main menu or in the "Special" section of your mobile phone) and chose option Call.
Dial a full international code, i.e. + or 00, after the code of the country, a regional code or GSM prefix (the code of a mobile operator by dialling 0), and then a local number. After having dialled the number push on OK. There will appear the words: Wait for call. In 7 -10 seconds you´ll get a call, and you should answer this call as to a usual call. You´ll get a connection you have required.
You can use also alternative way for dialing. You should do the following: dial the subscriber you want by *146* a number you want # and push on the Call button. On the phone screen you´ll have: Wait for call. In 7 -10 seconds you´ll get a simple call.

Where (which country) is my number registered?

+372 is the code of Estonia.

Does the subscriber that I call see my number?

Yes, the number is usually seen according to the installation. Unfortunately, it´s impossible to guarantee the transmission of your number on the international nets.

Does Netcode Phone simcard work in all the mobile phones?

Yes, Netcode Phone simcard works in all the non-blocked present-day mobile GSM phones.

How much do the people that will call to my Netcode Phone simcard number have to pay for these calls?

Cost of calls to your Netcode Phone simcard number is equivalent to the cost of calls to mobile numbers in Estonia.

What shall I do if there appeared problems in getting SMS messages?

First of all, try to switch to the other network. Read in the reference-book of your mobile phone how to choose the other network. If switching to the other network doesn´t solve your problems, contact our customers service office.

Sometimes I have problems with outgoing calls, calls back don´t work regularly. What is the problem?

In each country there are a few mobile operators. When the lines are overloaded there can be problems with making calls or audibility, you just need to change the operator. You can do it as follows:
1. Go to the phone menu and choose the manual selection of the mobile operator.
2. Choose the other operator and check the quality of connection.

If I don´t have money on my account will I be able to go on having free incoming calls?

Yes, you will. Irrespective of how much money you have on your Netcode Phone simcard account, anyway you´ll be able to have free incoming calls in countries where incoming calls are free. You can get familiar with the list of countries on our page of tariffs.

What are the pre-paid services?

It´s one of base opportunities to provide services to GSM users by mobile operators. It means that the customer pays for communication services in advance (purchase of SIM-card credit) before he starts using it. The advantage of a pre-paid SIM-card is absence of a contract, accounts and an opportunity to control the remainder of the credit.
